Collection requirements for adults

1. Original pay code issued on application 

2. Receipts issued on application date 

3. Original national identity document/valid passport 

4. Affidavit from the police is required when collecting on behalf of someone. 

*VALID PASSPORTS SHALL BE CANCELLED ON THE DAY OF COLLECTION UPON ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF AVAILABILITY AND CORRECTNESS OF THE NEW PASSPORT. 

Collection requirements for minors

1. Original Birth certificate 

2. Original national identity document or valid passport for the father/mother/other legal guardian. 

3. Original pay code issued on application 

4. Receipts issued on application date 

5. Affidavit from the police is required when collecting on behalf of someone.
