Client presents any of the following documents that identifies him/her as a Zimbabwean (birth certificate, ID and/or passport) and two passport size photos.
For new born babies, clinic card is required along with one parent’s ID or valid passport.
Please note that a Temporary Traveling Document is a one-way document and is valid for one month (30 days).
